Refund and Returns Policy

1.Returns or refunds are only accepted for items being damaged on shipment transit. Any clarification or questions regarding the product can be made before the purchase by contacting us. We will try to provide all your queries to our best.
2. A 360 degree video has to taken before unboxing the package. The video should visibly show all the sides of the package, unopened , as well as the shipping label intact. Then the unboxing has to be done in the video. This is a very must step to claim for refund as only through this can we raise a dispute against the delivery company for damage in transit.
3. In terms of returns, the customer himself is liable to pack the product accordingly. Further damages would be deducted if any when received by us. 
4. The customer needs to arrange his own shipping for returns. We usually suggest India Post as a trusted government courier service for the same.
5. The customer is liable to pay for his shipment return on his own.
6. Another packaging video if the customer wants to return the product is mandatory showing the product being packed for return. This has to clearly show the product being packaged and has to cover the packaging throughout the video.
7. Shipping incurred by us to send the package initially will be deducted from the total amount for refund. As a valid proof, we will also provide a proof of shipment cost incurred by us for the same. 
8. The refund will be processed only when we receive back the product (delivered) with deductions if any (point 3).
9. The customer can choose the mode of payment for the refund he/she wants in (Store Points/Bank transfer/ UPI) 

Package not Accepted at Time of Delivery By Customer

In such cases, the shipments returns back to our warehouse and we incur overhead delivery charges for the same. However, to cover the charges that has been incurred, we deduct the delivery charge that was incurred on sending the product + the delivery charges incurred on the return from the total order value paid by the customer. The refund in this case is provided only through Store credits equivalent to the remaining amount after shipping and other deductions if any.


We do not provide any refunds for preorders in case of delay in the estimated delivery period or any other circumstances. Once a Preorder is placed, we would appreciate the customer to corporate with us throughout the process. 

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to Us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods.
